Alcohol Vendor Employee Information REQUIRED

• Each Alcohol vendor will be issued 4 wristbands. When checking in each staff will be issued with a wristband. If you need to change staff during the event you need to go to the Mountain Smoke BBQ Festival check-in and make the change there and have the new staff member receive a wristband and take over the other from the staff member leaving.

    1. New Mexico Alcohol & Gaming Division Public Celebration Permit Application is REQUIRED to be filled out/notarized and submitted. Due April 15th
